Sales administrator – East Kilbride

Salary: £19012 - £20280 per annum dependant on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours a week permanent 8.30am – 5pm Mon – Fri (4.30 on Friday)

Established in 1985, we are the largest filtration company in Scotland with a fully accessible branch office in East Kilbride.

Due to continued success, we are currently looking to recruit a new Sales administrator post in our Scottish Sales team

We have a very large customer base from self-employed contractors through to blue-chip companies and everyone is as important, so the aim is to give them all the highest possible level of service. 

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous sales admin experience essential
Ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment
Previous experience of dealing with customers, suppliers & despatch/production departments
Previous experience in using Sage accountancy software may be helpful, but is not essential
Strong IT skills will be essential as the ability to assist with technical photographic reports may be a requirement of the role
Confident communicator able to communicate well with people on all levels
Ideally you will have previous experience of HVAC, but this is not essential as full training and support will be provided
