Adecco are delighted to be handling this great new job opportunity for a very loyal client of ours. This company works with business owners and credit managers providing credit information to assure efficiency and success. Their plan is to continue growing so that their services continue to meet the changing market. Because of this they are in need of extra assistance they require an experienced PA, someone that is used to audio, short hand and speed writing. This is part time, although you will be expected to go into the office 5 days a week.

Duties:

Assist in the production of team of newsletters & other sales training material
Prepare for and support sales training courses
Liaise as necessary with other departments, suppliers and for bookings
Assist with the help desk function and on-boarding new clients to the company
Responsible for maintaining department paper and electronic records
Managing straight-forward data downloads from clients and uploading of the data to their systems
General administration Requirements:

Work well independently
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Available within 2 weeks
