This newly created position interacts with the clients ensuring they receive exceptional service and maximising the business from the existing clients. You will co-ordinate with all parts of the company and you should have exceptional people skills as well as a solid understanding of precision engineering.

Building and nurturing long term client relationships by ensuring excellent service.
Mastermind creative ways to deliver exceptional service
Supporting marketing e.g. trade shows and exhibitions
Coordinating technical support and expertise in the company to support customers
Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
Measuring performance so improvements can be tracked
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of precision engineering, with proven customer service, sales, problem solving and organisational skills. Some UK and international travel is involved.
