Social Housing Contractor looking for Multi Traders to join the repairs and maintenance team on a Social Housing Contract covering South West and West London.

The successful candidate will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties and be confident working on their own.

This is a mobile role and therefore a full UK Driving Licence will be required. The client will provide a Van, Fuel Card and PDA complete to your duties.

The successful candidate will have their own tools and safety boots.

Duties will include:

- Basic Plumbing

- Basic Carpentry

- Wet Trades; tiling small areas, patch plaster, painting

- Fencing, slabbing

42.5 hours per week PAID

30 minutes UNPAID break per day

Monday to Friday

8am - 5pm

This is a temp to perm position.
