1pm, 2pm and 3pm at Lidl Distribution Centre, Wellington Pkwy, Magna Park, Lutterworth LE17 4XW.

We're recruiting for Warehouse Operatives - £10.90 up to £13.40 per hour* - Full time hours are between 30 - 40 hours. This is a fixed term contract role which will end 30th September 2024.

Our warehouse recruitment open days take approximately 3 hours to complete and will include a tour of the warehouse and an interview. You will need to bring your right to work documentation with you, i.e. Passport, Share code etc, as well as your CV, and details of your bank account and National Insurance number.

Our warehouses never stop running; 24 hours a day, our Warehouse Operatives work a range of shifts to make sure our stores receive the right stock, when they need it. We rely on every single employee in the warehouse to roll up their sleeves and get the job done, it’s your energy that helps get our 2,000 plus products into the hands of our customers.

Your role

* Pick a variety of products

* Listen carefully to picking instructions through your headset and carry them out at pace

* Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure

* Report any damaged items to your manager

* Take responsibility for working through your orders independently

* Help out in any team tasks, such as cleaning equipment and checking stock

Your profile

* Some experience of working in a fast-paced, target driven environment

* Willingness to work with different types of stock

* Good attention to detail when working quickly

* Self-motivation to work hard and do everything to the best of your ability
