About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our ecommerce team in Manchester. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

We’re a forward thinking company expanding our provision, offering market leading products through various ecommerce platforms. Working as part of a small and dynamic customer service team, there is huge scope for receiving performance related benefits and progression within the company.

Role Responsibility

Delivering high levels of customer service to our varied and valuable customers

Dealing with delivery queries, liaising with departments and third party providers to resolve issues

Advising customers of promotions and new products, and product availability

General administrative support across the team

Ad hoc duties to help support the team and wider business

You will need


A background of delivering customer service

Knowledge or an interest in furniture and ecommerce

An understanding of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel


To be confident to pick up the phone and speak with different types of people

A flexible approach to work with effective organisational and time management skills

To be able to use your own initiative with approach to your tasks and prioritising deadlines

Personable with the ability to build strong customer relationships
