Our client based in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Bilingual Cantonese/English Speaking Customer Service Agent. The role is working from home on an ongoing temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to customers, dealing with email queries and providing accurate information in an efficient and timely manner. This role is to start asap so you should be available immedaitely. Please note this role is full time, night shifts with the working hours of 12am - 9am.
