· Salary: Starting salary £11.80 per hour rising to £12.70 in year 2, once trained to two disciplines and subject to qualification completion. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED!

· Location: Sherburn in Elmet - due to the location of this role we require people who would be able to drive/walk/cycle to site

· Hours: We are looking for a number of colleagues to start in our facility throughout all of 2022. Although we are currently operating a day shift (7am – 3.10pm) - we will be moving to a shift pattern and all applicants need to be flexible around an early & late shift.

You will be trained in specific activities, all of which are central to the assembly of our modules and ensuring they are finished to the highest quality standards. You will work to Cycle Times (TAKT) across repeatable processes, in an environment that actively encourages passion for our product and continuous improvement.

A high level of flexibility will be required within this role to achieve the full requirements of modular assembly.

No formal qualifications are required, however DIY or previous similar experience would be advantageous

You will have good written and verbal literacy and numeracy skills

General knowledge of building trades would be advantageous

Be resilient, reliable and manage timekeeping
