About the opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Finance but working directly for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of 5, the critical aspect of this role is to support the Executive Leadership Team with planning, administration, and support.

About the role:

The role will support the ELT comprehensively across travel planning, diary and meeting management, as well as reporting, presentations, correspondence and general administration.

Travel Planning – ELT travel arrangements; support visiting colleagues with bookings; prepare travel itineraries

Diary and Meeting Management – book rooms/venues/catering/equipment; assemble required information for all meetings (agenda, data for decision making, record minutes and actions); diary management and planning (specific day to day when required); regularly meet with ELT to review, plan and agree workload; manage rolling key meeting calendar; manage holiday rota

Reporting, Presentations, Correspondence and General Administration – manage and respond to all written correspondence; assist in managing email traffic; produce (from Director’s draft) and edit PowerPoint presentations including Board & Weekly packs; compile information for reports including using Excel to compile data to agreed templates; consolidating inputs from ELT in key administrative tasks; any specific projects and ad-hoc tasks and activities as requested

About you:

Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and confident to challenge

Dynamic problem solver with the ability to think on their feet

A can-do attitude but able to prioritize key events / tasks appropriately without getting overloaded

High attention to detail with experience in proof reading of documents

Proficient in Microsoft applications (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Used to working internationally i.e., across time zones

Professional and friendly demeanour, and works well under pressure

Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
