Role: Business Intelligence Analyst

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum plus Quarterly Bonus

Location: Barton Upon Humber (on-site based role)

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join an exciting team within Wren Kitchens HQ. You will be working closely within the HR and Training Departments and playing a key part in improving their performance data.

Main responsibilities:

Create/maintain reports to measure key metrics which support our Training, HR and Recruitment departments
Analyse and monitor trends within key metrics that influence performance. Looking at new areas that deliver more insight
Creating presentations for internal stakeholders to review weekly performance metrics
Monitor the performance of our Internal Training Department - identifying the success of our tailored Training events and identifying areas of improvement

Desired skills and Knowledge:

Highly experienced analysing complex data and identifying key trends
Self-motivated with a pro-active attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Driven by producing quality work that supports good business decisions
Experience with analysing, interpreting and transforming large data sets
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Advanced Excel knowledge
Experience writing SQL queries

Desirable but not Essential

Visual Basic experience - Automated Excel Reports, Functionality within Reports
Experience building reports/dashboards in PowerBI
MySQL, PostgreSQL
