Pertemps Reading are looking for an Office Administrator to work with an Engineering Consultancy company based in Reading!

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
o Providing support to Engineers (formatting reports, specifications and other documents that they produce or require typing
o Ensuring document templates are used throughout and are kept updated whilst maintaining company standards
o Producing administrative documents required for monthly Board Meetings and quarterly Engineering Meetings
o Attending weekly project resource meeting and issue reporting
o Managing (minimal) incoming phone calls and general incoming emails
o Managing office diary and staff training records / holiday request documentation

To be considered for this Office Administrator role, you should possess the following:
o Exceptional planning and organisational skills
o 2 year's experience in a similar role
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Computer Literate
o Attention to detail
o Hard working, reliable and motivated work ethic
