Are you an organised and driven Administrator?

Due to expansion, Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a large organisation that works with clients on a national and international level. This is a great opportunity for career development and to build on your office skills and experience by working for a large organisation!

You will be working in a small team of like-minded individuals where training and development is encouraged, there is a supportive, fun and friendly culture.
This position is part working from the office (1-2 days a week) and the rest working from home. A laptop and phone will also be provided.

Full time office hours 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
£19,000 - £20,000 dependant on experience.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Your key responsibilities will be:

To co-ordinate training courses, meetings and events via email
To provide excellent customer service to a range of clients
To book venues on behalf of the clients
To provide a professional administration service using effective communication skills 
As an Administrator, you will have:

Strong customer service skills and an excellent phone manner
Experience working in administration and be able to organise and prioritise your own work load
Experience working on Excel spreadsheets and confident user of IT
You will need to be methodical, thorough, accurate and numerate.
You'll need loads of energy, the ability to think on your feet and work in a fast paced environment
You will be working in a small team of like-minded individuals where training and development is encouraged, there is a supportive, fun and friendly culture.
