Role Profile

The Role for a Stores Operative in Telent Technology Services in Dublin will be to assist in ensuring logistics control of Goods in/out, General Housekeeping Duties, General stock management, issuance of logistics deliveries both to our field engineering force and back to suppliers for repair and stock taking and stores management duties.

Typical Deliverables

Able to ensure that goods are packed to the correct standard to meet the external customer requirements.
Carry out stock checks
An excellent eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload independently to meet the monthly deadlines.
Good hand-eye coordination because you may control machinery and watch dials & gauges
Business Operations Skills - Experience

As this is a new position and as the Company wishes to recruit at entry level the critical skills include:

Very good health and ability to lift and manage loads
Good communications skills
Attention to details
Excellent listening skills because the information you are told is key to the successful completion of a project.
Problem-solving abilities.
Critical thinking because you need to use reasoning and logic to find the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions to a problem.
The ability to work as part of a team or by yourself.
Some computer skills for entry of stock details and reporting on same.
