£20,000 - £22,000 Basic Salary

Benefits: You will be on a much lower threshold for the first 6 months to enable you to earn more commission while in your training period. Excellent training will be provided on technicalities of products, how to sell, who to sell to and how to manage accounts.

Office based, Crawley, RH10

Most of our sales team are earning at least £30k Annually and some even £50k+ however realistically, average performers will go home with £28-30k and top performers are £36k+. This role will be target driven but we will give you plenty of leads to ring through.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact to new customers relating to their telecoms systems

To make quality cold calls with the intension of closing sales & picking up leads

Find out the client’s needs & why they would want to buy

After assessing your customers’ requirements, you book them in for an appointment for a site visit for the installation of the goods

Business is generated via cold and warm leads

You build and create your own customer pipeline too
