You will be working in Menswear alongside the Manager and a fun and friendly team, conducting and managing customer appointments.
You will be assisting Grooms and Groomsmen in their selection of suits (hire, off peg and in some cases, bespoke). Training will be provided in these areas.
Measuring and fitting for their suits, processing customer orders and payment. Keeping customer paperwork and orders up to date at all times.
Answering customer enquiries by phone and booking client appointments via the online system.
Welcoming customers into the building and identifying their needs.
Ensuring consultation areas are clean and tidy at all times.
Unpacking and checking deliveries and quality controlling each order that comes in.
Attention to detail is very important and ideally you will already have retail experience together with some admin skills too.
This is a very busy but fun and enjoyable place of work, where no day is the same and you won't notice the time flying by!
Flexibility is essential and you must be available to work every weekend, Saturday and/or Sunday) but not always both days. You may be required to work some evenings as there is late store opening twice a week.
