Greetings for the day !

I am currently in need of a Site Managers for a Tier 1 residential developer based in the Thames valley area to work on a projects ranging between 50 - 150 units in areas such as Reading, Bracknell, Maidenhead & Aylesbury.

Job Title: Site manager

Location: Thames Valley( Reading, Bracknell, Maidenhead & Aylesbury)

Duration: Permanent

Key duties will be -

Co-ordinate trades and facilitate short to medium term look ahead programmes and manage out
Be able to lead on H&S
Lead on subcontractor management
Manage Q/A and LogisticsEssential experience needed -

Residential/Housing experience is preferable
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifiedThe client is looking to pay up a competitive basic salary plus benefits package including car Allowance , travel allowance , healthcare and pension.
