Technical Administrator – Muir of Ord
RSE are currently seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Production Team in Muir of Ord. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Production Management Team, Coordinators and Supervisors. Day to day duties include, but are not limited to, recording meeting minutes, administrating cost reports, controlling stock transfers, control of stationary, collating project documentation and assisting with the organisation of the facilities management.
The ideal candidate would have:
• Previous experience within a similar role preferred
• Previous office/administrative experience
• Good use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A willingness to use their initiative at all times
