Due to rapid growth at Newton Waterproofing, a new opportunity is available within their highly regarding Site Support and QA Services Division.

Based in London/South East, you will be working with all aspects of the below ground waterproofing industry as you assist Specifiers, Main Contractors and Specialist Installers in the Designing, QA and detailing of our full portfolio of waterproofing systems.

* This role will see you be able to utilise your proven site experience having worked on the tools installing waterproofing systems in your previous roles.

* You will be experienced at working on in deep excavations and fully understand the sequencing of projects from the start of a project through to conclusion.

In this highly autonomous role your daily tasks will also include:

* Liaising with the Design Team and reviewing site drawings to ensure compliance and best practice in installation.

* Attending Design and Site meetings throughout the project to perform QA and provide detailed reports back to the design team

* Working closely with Specialist Waterproofing Contractors on site and in the classroom to upskill and monitor working standards.

* Train site operatives on the new and current product lines.

* Identify any potential defects in the application of the waterproofing and suggest and monitor remediation through to a successful conclusion

* Perform CPD for Specifiers as and when required.

* Develop and maintain fruitful working relationships with Main Contractors, Groundworkers and Specialist Installers as you look to build on repeat business through excellence in service.

* Work closely with office based technical managers and sales managers to ensure that clients are receiving the highest levels of technical support an advice.

* Identify new business opportunities by networking with construction professionals and look to develop new business contacts within our sector.

The ideal applicant will:

* Have extensive hands on experience on large scale below ground construction sites

* Have experience in the installation of all forms of below ground waterproofing systems

* Hold a construction related degree and ideally (CSSW)

* Have a practical understanding of construction sequencing and below ground design techniques.

* Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems on site.

* Be highly motivated, a self-starter with great communication and time management skills.
