Role: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Holborn
Salary: £42K
Reporting Into - Account Manager
Working Hours - Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Role: My client is a leading maintenance provider they are looking for a Mechanical Engineer at one of their sites over in Central London.

*This is an immediately available role paying a basic salary of up to £42,000 per annum depending on experience.
*Overtime available and fantastic opportunities to progress within the company, this is an employer who prefers to invest heavily and promote from within.
*You will be working Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM However, flexibility may be required, carrying out planned & reactive maintenance duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:
*General plumbing
*AHU's & FCU's
*Pumps & Chillers
*Fire alarm testing
*Hot and cold temperatures
*L8
*Pressurisation units
*Flushing systems
*Replacing taps, washer, sinks, plugs, valves
*Replacing motor filters and pumps

Package:
*Monday - Friday / 8AM - 5PM
*The salary on offer is £36,000
*25 Days Holiday
*3% Pension.
*Overtime payed at 1.5x annual salary.

Qualifications & Experience:
*Must have at least 3 years' experience working in Commercial Buildings carrying out Maintenance programmes.
*Must hold F-Gas certificate.
*Must have a minimum of Level 2 City & Guilds in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.
*Would be beneficial to have an Unvented commercial ticket
*Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
*Must be smart and responsible
