Our Billingham based client is looking to recruit a Source to Pay Specialist or Accounts Payable Specialist into their established finance team on a 12 month.

Reporting to the Source to Pay Team Lead, the jobholder will be a member of the European Source to Pay Team and will support the administration of the S2P process, as well as provision of third level support for the EAME Legal Entities

Description

The main duties of the Billingham based Source to Pay Specialist are;

Complete 3rd level Customer Service support to the business and suppliers for EAME Legal Entities.
Support and engage with our Business Process Outsourcing partner.
Ensure timely upload of Travel and Expense claims to maintain prompt payment to employees.
Ensure daily tasks are completed in-line with procedures and SOX/internal control requirements.
Monitor the performance of designated Legal Entities using key S2P metrics and ensure reporting to enable root cause analysis and resolution.
Ensure maximum value is extracted from our supplier base by adherence to supplier payment terms, gaining maximum benefit for working capital.
Develop good working relationship and communicate effectively with both external and internal parties specifically the business, vendors, purchasing and our BPO partner.Profile

The successful Source to Pay Specialist will;

Customer Service orientated background with experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase to Pay environment preferred.
Any experience of working in a service centre environment in a global company will be advantageous.
Ability to work in an adaptable and often ambiguous environment, while working to a standardised process.
SAP experience would be beneficial Job Offer
