Field Service Engineer – NW & W London

The Company
This national technology company supplies EPOS (till) systems, mobile apps for ordering and web apps for engaging with consumers through loyalty programmes or reservations.
The Job
Due to business growth, they seek a Field Service Engineer to cover sites across NW London within the M25, including NW Central London.
Duties include:
* Installation, testing and configuring EPOS systems
* Network troubleshooting
* Fault find on PCs and WIFI networks
* Reimage PCs, data copies, system updates
* Site Surveys
* Planned maintenance
* Diagnose faults with units and structured cabling
About You
As Field Service Engineer, you should have a good mix of the following skills and experience.
* Field based customer service engineering experience
* Knowledge of computer hardware (PCs, IP Networks and WIFI)
* Traceable, 5 year history, to obtain an airport airside pass
* Full Driving License

£29000 (up to £36000 with call-out pay), Plus Paid Overtime, Company Van, 33 days holiday, Pension Scheme, Profit Share, Excellent Additional Benefits
Hours
Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm and On-Call One Week in Three (Monday to Sunday 8 am till 9 pm)
