We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a range of different developments.

From new build, groundwork stage up, RC Frame development, residential, fit out, and commerical developments.

The Opportunity

An opportunity for a Site Manager to join a very successful construction company, who specialises in building supermarkets. Work takes place across the Manchester region mainly, however we also cover the North West region.

Job Description

* Manage the day to day running of the site as Site Manager

* Drive & Manage sub contractors, trades and labour on site

* Health and Safety

* RAMS

* Liase with NHBC

* Ensure project is running to programme

* Report any issues that need to be arranged
