Requirements to apply for the SEN Teacher / TA role?
QTS Teacher or unqualified Teacher with Masters level qualification (Teachers)
Level 2/3 CACHE Qualification (TA)
SEN Qualification (Desirable)
Teaching experience / subject knowledge from Early Years/KS1/KS2
Flexible attitude to teaching and support
Desire to work with disaffected students who have a range of behavioural issues
Happy to work in small class settings with the support of an experienced LSA
