TSA are currently working in partnership with a Building Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Building Surveyor for an 11-month programme of work within the London, Kent and Surrey region. The surveyor will be engaged to carry out a block-by-block condition survey including lifecycle and 20 year forward maintenance programme of large secure government estate, the contract will run from August 2022 through to June 2023. All survey data will be captured into a PDA device with a pre-determined question set and method.

Candidates will be required to be qualified according, ideally to a Building Surveying Degree level, alternatively we will review candidates with other associated qualifications with a strong record in condition surveying.

Candidates will also be required to hold or pass a government security clearance.

This role will fall outside of IR35 and will paid on a fixed fee/per site basis.
