Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a well-established, specialist medical services company in the recruitment of a Learning and Development Co-ordinator.

Based at their HQ in Chesterfield, the role itself will sit as part of the HR team working closely with HR Officers and the Head of Support Office. You will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing learning and development for all colleagues within the business.

Duties include:

* Designing and implementing induction process for all new starters

* Ensuring SOP’s and training plans are in place and all training is documented accurately

* Organising any training as and when required ensuring legal compliance at all times

* Carrying out training needs analysis within each function of the business, and adding this information into the training plan

* Ensuring that the Apprentice Levy funding is fully utilised

* Updating training and HR records with new qualifications

* Carrying out Training audits

* Producing reports on a monthly basis

* Evaluating all training activity ensuring learning objectives and business goals are met

It is important that you have previous experience working in a similar role with and that you have the ability to manage a busy workload.

CIPD or a similar qualification is highly advantageous.
