We are delighted to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Dementia Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a lovely, highly-rated nursing home based on the outskirts of Leeds. This nursing service offers a warm and homely environment for the residents, in an intermediate care environment. The home boasts a range of activities for the residents to enjoy in a dedicated and person-centred environment. The clinical and care teams provide a high quality standard of care and are looking for a like-minded Dementia Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Dementia Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a leading healthcare provider in this forward-thinking nursing home on the outskirts of Leeds. The service provides person centred nursing care for dementia residents, as well as respite care. The Home Manager is looking for a caring and professional Dementia Lead Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.
