Payroll Administrator
Manchester City Centre

8.30am- 5.30pm Monday - Friday

DCS Recruitment (part of DCS Group) are a leading provider of both temporary & permanent staffing solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our finance team on a permanent basis.
The role will report to the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for the accurate, timely and efficient processing of payroll data and will play a key role in the department and the wider business.

This role will come with a starting salary up to 25k dependent on experience as well as fantastic career progression and personal development opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsibility for processing multiple weekly payrolls for 600+ employees.
Dealing with discrepancies and queries relating to hours and pay rates & holiday pay
Deliver a first-class customer service enabling queries to be handled in a timely manner
Register new starters and ensure they have completed set up in a timely manner.
Answer inbound queries & liaising with the relevant department to resolve.
To provide comprehensive advice to candidates.
Ensuring timesheets are received within the company's weekly deadlines.The successful candidate will have:

Have previous experience as a payroll admin, payroll assistant or in a similar role
Knowledge of payroll legislation & taxation processes
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
