Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a government client

This is a work from home role however you will be required to attend a weekly team meeting in Devon.

This is a full time role working Monday-Friday (Apply online only)

Rate of pay is £11.53 per hour

This is a temporary assignment until 26/08/2022 with possibility of an extension

Main duties include:
-Preparing documents, reports for meetings
-Arranging meetings, booking rooms & hospitality
-Taking formal minutes & chasing actions
-Planning & updating diaries
-Updating filing systems, both paper & electronic
-Management of mailboxes
- Word processing of general correspondence & reports
-Handling queries via email & telephone
-Creating & designing presentations
-Data input using databases & spreadsheets

Skills & experience required:
-Previous admin / secretarial experience
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Good communications skills, both oral & written
