Our client is a well-known commercial property company with offices in Chalgrove. They are working with us here at Better People to source a personable receptionist with great admin and people skills.
The reception team at this business act as first point of contact for a diverse client range, offering a range of support services, from postal to booking and prepping of meeting rooms to phone answering, meeting and greeting and a variety of admin and meeting support tasks.
As well as these services the receptionist will also help with preparation for company events, promotion of events and services on social media, ordering stationery, photocopying and in fact anything of this nature to help the rest of the team and support the tenants.
