Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 DOE
My client based in Corby is the marketplace leader in the management of contaminated land and brownfield sites for housing, commercial use or industry.
This is an exciting and varied role offering the opportunity to get involved in large scale projects. This would suit a person who is proactive and organised with a strong attention to detail.
Office Management and Reception skills
Maintain meeting room and staff calendars
Monitoring and approving staff holidays in conjunction with line manager
Maintain staff electronic and paper personnel files ensuring all up to date
Book all training courses, keep training matrix up to date
Support meetings - issue agendas, take and issues minutes and action plan, monitor and chased for completion of actions.
Support the administrators for Website posts & social media (Facebook & Linked In)
Digital Marketing emails and intro emails to new contacts
Key Skills Required
Highly Organised with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Good MS Office skills particularly word, excel and outlook skills
Ability to multitask
