We have 2 exciting new roles due to a rise in workload for our market leading client in Sheffield (S26)
This is an on-site role where you will be accountable for investigating any customer enquiries and complaints to reach a resolution.
Wide-ranging investigation work
Dealing with inbound queries via the website
Adhering to service level agreements and time-frames
Precisely logging and updating cases and customersWe are looking for candidates who:
Have existing experience in customer services
Are quick to pick up new software/technology
Competent on Microsoft ExcelIn return our client offers:
Free on-site parking
£9.50 per hour (increasing after 12 weeks)It is essential that candidates can commit to full time hours on a rota basis (5 days over 7 between 8am and 6pm, including weekend working)
