Prospero Teaching are looking for passionate and hard working Early Careers Teachers ( NQTs) to work in Secondary Schools across Southampton and southern Hampshire.

If you are in the process of completing your teacher training and you are available for either the summer term or September 2022, we would love to hear from you.

We can help to get your foot in the door with local Schools with a view of securing permanent employment.

We are looking for teachers for short term and ad hoc supply teaching, maternity and fixed term contracts, and permanent positions.

About the Supply Teachers Position:

**Paid to scale

**Supply, Fixed Term, Permanent Positions

** Support with Interview Preparation ( CPD)

The Successful Teacher will have/be:

**Strong classroom management skills while providing an inclusive learning environment.
**Confidence while teaching across Key stages 3-4.
**Excellent organisational skills.
**Hold high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour.
**Posses strong interpersonal skills while communicating with parents, pupils and staff.

To be Eligible the Teacher must have/be:

**Qualified Teacher Status
**Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK.
**The ability to provide two professional references that cover the last two years of employment.
**Hold a fully enhanced DBS certificates (child workforce only) that is registered to the Update Service, or be willing to complete one.
