Job Title: Lead Partner Marketing Executive

Location: Reigate - Hybrid working - 40% office-based

Contract: Full Time - 35 hours

The Role

The purpose of this position is to lead the development and implementation of priority marketing initiatives, predominantly with our Equity Release partners, but is also looking to continually improve existing processes and ways of working. You would be taking ownership of all partner marketing elements, including DMS sign offs for all financial promotion material.

This role would suit someone with a strong project-driven background in a commercially focused organisation with experience in all aspects of the marketing spectrum.

Coordinate and support partner driven lead gen marketing activity, predominantly for Equity Release, but could include Care funding and Retirement Income.
Working with the partner marketing teams to prepare customer facing lead gen material which is fair, clear and not misleading and drives return on investment.
Attending regular partner meetings as well as weekly internal meetings with the marketing team.
Working with partners and our internal analytics team to launch new initiatives, messaging and provide data driven insight.
Sign off for HUB Financial Solutions and partner marketing material on DMS from a marketing lead perspective.
Coordinate an e-nurture programme for equity release advice service leads with the aim of increasing conversion rates from lead to first appointment. This will include an A/B testing plan.
Manage mailings such as rebroke activity and drawdown activity, coordinating the necessary teams involved in fulfilling the mailing.
Reviewing any existing customer journey material such as first appointment packs, letters and emails, and adviser/customer material, refer a friend schemes etc to ensure it is needed and delivers the best returns and conversions possible.
Line management to Corporate Marketing Assistant.
Support on ad hoc projects as and when required, for example OAP updates, care funding proposals, voice of customer surveys
Coordinate customer testimonial collection process

Previous experience in developing marketing programmes for B2B and B2C, preferably within Financial Services or similar business environment.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Management of senior stakeholders
Good understanding of marketing best practices
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Demonstrates a methodical way of working
Organised, logical and data driven. Very strong attention to detail
Creative problem-solver. Forward thinking, diligent and resilient
Can set priorities and be flexible in changing environment. Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals or groups
Web / email design experience a plus
Team player with a can-do attitude, great with thinking your way around business challenges and coming up with innovative solutions
Have a good understanding of cross and upsell marketing strategies and how to employ them within a programme for a B2B, B2C and B2B4C environment.
Strong people skills to work well with members of the marketing team and other stakeholders
