We are looking for an Assistant Rail Controller ideally with Rail knowledge/experience or a similar type of role such as a Taxi controller, Transport controller etc to support the Duty Controller/Nuclear Control Room Manager to successfully manage real-time DRS train operations through the Control Room functions to ensure safety, security, and reliability and that all customer and stakeholder requirements are met.

You will have excellent organisationl/administrative, IT, literacy & numeracy experience

Shift work – flexible on shifts including night shifts.

Possible overtime.

Working hours: 7.4 hrs/37hrs per week.

Location: Kingmoor in Carlisle
