Our client is looking for an HR Administrator

Client Details

A leading industry client


Maintain and assist appropriate HR systems, and associated documentation. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers to monitor and report on HR issues within agreed formats and timescales and ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives.
Administer HR related documentation, issues and collate weekly/monthly payroll data. Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with current legislation.
Create financial and statistical reports using excel spreadsheets and Microsoft office applications. Generate, manage, organise, and update relevant data. Design and maintain necessary XRL reports.
Manage and develop existing IT systems and business models, analyse systems requirements, undertake product development, implement, configure and test feasible solutions.
Provide administrative support and assistance in all areas as necessitated by workload and needs of the business.
Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities, where applicable.
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.Profile

Responsible for HR Systems, analytic and account systems, and administrative support for all areas of the business. Driving licence essential due to location, candidate should have a positive can do attitude, working individually and as part of a team in a fast moving dynamic office environment
