This is a great opportunity for a customer service champion who loves going above and beyond the call of duty for customers and exceeding their needs.

The role is diverse and challenging role; you’ll need an overriding passion for providing inspiring customer service with a can-do attitude. Roles and Responsibilities:

* Regular liaison with our customers as well as colleagues across all teams within the business

* Placing new orders

* Assisting customers with managing their spend and all day-to-day account issues which will include faulty hardware, lost mobile devices, emailing usage and spend alerts

* Billing enquiries, analysing account usage & making recommendations

* Producing renewal proposals and contracts

Skills, Attributes and Experience

* Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

* Team player

* Professional attitude

* Experience of Microsoft office and excel is advantageous

* Passionate about customer service

* Be able to multitask

* Work well under pressure

* Be able to use own initiative
