We are a multi-award-winning housebuilder that operates nationally across 13 regions and 3 timber frame factories. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our West Midlands region based in our offices in Wolverhampton.

You will be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner and will manage the defects systems to ensure issues are correctly recorded and maintained. You will also be responsible for arranging Technician and Contractor visits to our homeowner's properties to rectify defects, ensuring an effective and efficient use of time and resources whilst ensuring customer needs are met.

This is an ideal role for someone who is either currently working as a Customer Service Coordinator for a similar company, or a Customer Service Administrator or in a customer facing role looking to take the next step in their career. In particular we're looking for the following qualities:

IT Literate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – engaging with customers, suppliers, partners
Pro-active approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understands construction methods and terminology
Commercial awareness
Ability to provide a solution focused approach
Resilient personality and ability to maintain a professional image
Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
