Labour at heights, are currently looking for a freelance roofing site manager for the Stratford area of East London, on behalf of a large waterproofing and full building envelope contractor.

Works will commence asap and will continue through til October.

About the role

* You will be the lead manager on the job day to day

* Organising labour, site deliveries, time sheets and materials day to day

* Ensure site is running smoothly, according to programme and in line with company/health and safety requirements

* Conducting Rams & any other project specific paperwork

* Ensuring safe working practices in all areas, acting an ardent champion of safety.

* Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specification

* delivering the project to a high standard and to the best of your ability

About you

* Knowledge/background of flat roofing systems is imperative

* good it and literate skills

* valid smsts

* Good leader, able to approach any issues in a diplomatic sense

* Able to communicate clearly, negotiate with interpersonal skills

* meticulous and takes pride in work
