What is the job?

Provide 1st Line support within a busy IT team.
Work as part of a team whilst managing your own workload
Develop an understanding of the IT systems in use and how they support the business.
Be a main point of contact for the day to day support and forming a good working relationship with the users concerned 
What do you need?

Experience providing support to Windows and Office 365
A basic understanding of networking
Strong communication skills 
This is a full time permanent opportunity with remote working available, there is an on-call element to the role which requires remote support for 1 weekend in 5.
