A well-established and successful Engineering Services provider are currently looking to recruit a Semi-skilled Operative to join their operation based in Glasgow on a full time permanent basis.

Your time will be split between working within the Glasgow workshop combined with travel to and from customer sites (pool van will be provided), where you will be responsible for but not limited to:

* Yard and workshop based tasks including servicing and maintenance of plant & equipment

* General maintenance & housekeeping tasks in the workshop

* Driving to customer sites to set up and install plant & equipment

* Maintenance of plant & equipment to ensure that all is operating correctly & efficiently

* Working alongside the Engineer’s assisting with the service, maintenance, repair and commissioning of plant & equipment

Essential requirements:

* Possess basic mechanical & electrical skills

* Full UK Drivers Licence

* Physically fit

* Willing to travel

* Willing to work as part of an “on-call rota
