An exciting Finance Administrator opportunity has arisen to join the finance team supporting in a variety of tasks, ranging from filing to email management. This is an on-going temporary role, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Finance Administrator Responsibilities:
Providing effective administration support to the finance team
Monitoring the email inbox, responding to or redirecting emails
Ensuring paperwork is securely and accurately filed, such as purchase invoices
Assisting in a variety of other ad-hoc finance administration duties providing the opportunity to develop further knowledge, experience and skills within the departmentHours:
Monday to Thursday (08:30 - 17:00)
Friday (08:30 to 16:00)
Required Skills & Experience:
Administration experience within a finance department desirable
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
Strong communication skills
