We have a fantastic job opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our Leasehold Customer Support Team as our Leasehold Advisor. You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to over 8000 leasehold customers.
As our Leasehold Advisor, you’ll be responsible for offering a multi-channel service to our customers with telephone, email and digital services on offer.

You’re a brilliant communicator. You’ll support our customers over the phone and via our digital channels with all types of questions and queries. You’ll be a confident, enthusiastic communicator and be able to have some challenging conversations.
You’re a fantastic collaborator. You’ll work closely with other functions of the business to follow up queries and chase decisions. You enjoy multi-tasking, especially in a fast-paced environment.
As our Leasehold Advisor you’re also a great investigator. You’ll need to look into things on behalf of our customers and there will be a lot of administration responsibilities so attention to detail is a must. You’ll achieve and maximise first contact resolution, caring for our customers every step of their journey.
You’re a Customer Service expert. You’ll provide a brilliant service and care for both your customers and colleagues. You’ll be accountable for your daily workload and actively share your enthusiasm and ideas.
Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our future and use current and up to date equipment. You’ll be issued with the latest kit, so it's important to us that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)
When you join, you’ll need to have a valid Basic Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you don’t have a transferrable one.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour lunch. There’s also no weekend or Bank Holiday working!

About our team
You’ll work alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about working hard and playing hard. To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’.
Our manager Jade is passionate about getting things right for our customers whilst coaching and supporting colleagues to reach brilliant levels of service. She is a dog lover and enjoys spending her evenings and weekends on long walks with her little Jack-a-poo Joey... and the family too of course!
You’ll join our small but efficient, diverse, and fun team of 7 Leasehold Advisors. We all have skills and experience from a range of different areas. We are committed to supporting each other on this journey and would love for you to join us!
