Permanent roles
The Cotswolds, however, do not need to reside in the Cotswolds at all as can easily commute to Chipping Norton, Evesham, Broadway, Shipston on Stour, Worcester etc
For this role you can also reside anywhere in the UK and then stay free of charge in a hotel (paid by the company upfront) and all expenses paid Monday to Thursday and return home Fridays
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Trainers to join our highly skilled team. Providing training to support learning and development across the range of Fire Service Instructor courses, fire and rescue service qualifications and wider bespoke private sector
Some days can be working from home to deal with remote learners, paperwork and then coming into the centre for classroom delivery
What you will be doing:
* Deliver a variety of courses for the Fire Service
We are seeking people for a number of permanent roles, so seeking the below experience in either:-
Training for a provider for the Fire Service or Assessing, or been in the Fire Service as Firefighter or other roles and would love to become a full-time trainer, but had experience in some of the below, they can put you through a teacher’s qualification within a 6-month period, if not already qualified
1. Fire Safety Instructor – delivering level 3, 4 and 5 Fire safety related programmes
2. Trainer for defence Fire and Rescue training
3. Trainer (Generic or Development) Fire craft – BAI, FBTI, TVI, RTCI
4. Trainer (Generic or Development) Foundation Firefighter Development Programme – FSC, FFDP courses
5. Trainer (Generic or Development) Hazmat – HMI, HMA, HMEPO
The role involves:-
* Identify and assess learners’ needs and put in place robust learning plans, with realistic and challenging goals, that enable learners to understand their personal journey and realise their potential
* Actively support, coach, and motivate learners across the entire learner journey to help them with the progress towards achievement of the Standard and their end point assessment.
* Contact will be varied and might include group delivery at the centre, face to face, remote via email, Skype, webinars etc
* Assist the Learning and Development Manager in the development of new subject matters, gather and feedback in market intelligence with will
Salary £33,000 to £35,000 per annum
