HR COORDINATR
Full-time, Permanent - Hybrid - 3 days from office 2 days WFH
£28,000 - £30,000 a year
Key Responsibilities
Production of offer letters and contracts of employment
Update of HR records and transfer of current employee records into electronic format
Review and renewal all HR Policies, forms and procedures
Populate the HR system
Supporting Team Heads with recruitment activities and other HR processes
Supporting department heads and line managers with first line advice including interpretation of HR policies
Managing and/or supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes
Ongoing maintenance of HR records, policies and procedures
Provision of basic HR training and updates to line managers
Monitoring and assessment of staff development and training needs in conjunction with department heads
Creation of draft payroll data for onward provision to payroll bureau
Person Specification
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at working with people at all levels in a range of organisations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
All Microsoft Office programs
Ability to work autonomously
This HR generalist role will involved in all aspects of HR and the employee life cycle, including provision of professional employee relations support/advice. Your role will be responsible for providing first line advice and resolution to managers on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policies, performance management and employee development. You will also be responsible for HR related administration including ensuring company policies and employment legislation are adhered to. You'll be working closely with senior managers building strong working relationships and partnering with HR Business Partners and the HR Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with experience and the ability to provide sound HR advice. The successful candidate will have sound knowledge of employment legislation and possess interpersonal and strong networking skills with the ability to persuade and influence. Candidates will have strong organisation skills and excellent communication skills.
