We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer/Handyman to be responsible for PPM's on luxury private properties in Central London.

Duties:

Responsible for repairs: Carpentry, Decorating, Basic Plumbing, Basic Electrics
Managing a portfolio of private luxury properties to ensure all maintenance is completed in an efficient, high-quality manor
Fault Finding
Be approachable
Work well with contractors
Have a pro-active attitudeThis is a full-time (40 hours p/w) position and will offer between £35,000-£40,000 plus great company benefits.
