The role will be an Accounts Assistant working alongside their friendly and hard-working finance team, reporting to the Finance Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
* End to end Purchase ledger processing
* Matching, Batching and Coding invoices
* Bank & Statement reconciliations
* Accruals & Prepayments
* Sales Ledger
* Credit Control
* Monitoring the account’s email
* Managing customer queries
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have used the SAGE Accounts package (essential). You will be a strong and confident communicator, both verbal and written, with the willingness to learn and the ability to take direction.
In return, the company can offer a flexible yet competitive salary package looking in between £22,000 - £25,000. They offer 22 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, a friendly, modern working environment with full kitchen facilities with free tea & coffee.
