Our Client is a specialist manufacture within the Aerospace And Defence Sector.

We currently have production operative positions available to start on Monday workinh a 4 day week.

Workinh hours Monday to Thursday 7.15am to 5.00PM.

Principal responsibilities

Maintain compliance to all Route Cards and Drawings to ensure compliance in the production of components
Preparing & Mixing materials for own jobs set by the MPS.
Issuing & booking material to own jobs
Frequent communication (several times throughout each day) with the Team Leader and/or Value Stream Manager to understand clear production plans so that objectives can be met
Maintain compliance to all master processes and associated documents therefore ensuring industry standards are upheld in the production of components
Undertaking tasks delegated by the Team Leader and/or Value Stream Manager
Ensuring their performance within the team remains a high standard
Monitoring and maintaining health and safety standardsKey skills & experience

Previous production experience
A good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
Positive thinking, well motivated, works well on own initiative and shows good timekeeping
