Orbital Recruitment are currently looking for a HGV Class 1 driver on an ongoing basis starting ASAP. This is Class 1 trunking with no handball for a well-established family business based in Leicester with an excellent record for good customer service.
HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:
1. HGV Class 1 depot to depot trunking
2. Shift lengths usually around 10hrs per day
3. This is a ongoing, temp to perm position
4. Drivers with minimum of 2 years’ experience due to insurance purposes
5. This is a Monday to Friday operation starting at 1730
HGV Class 1 Driver Experience Needed/ About You:
* HGV Class 1 Entitlement
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
* Minimum 2 years’ experience
* Over 25 years of age for insurance purposes
* Good level of spoken / written English
* Good customer service skills
* Physically fit
* No more than 6 points for minor motoring offences.
HGV Class 1 Driver Pay/ Salary:
* Pay rate is £800 per week Paye
Hours & Contract Type:
* This is a Monday to Friday operation starting at 1730
* Saturday shifts available
* Weekly pay.
* Free onsite parking.
