Working Thursdays and Fridays (Apply online only)
Sales Administrator required for a lovely team within a manufacturing business in Leamington Spa.
You will have a key role in supporting the ordering of components, correcting system errors and resolving issues
Day to day communication via email and telephone
Review orders and corrected issue
Management of shipment of product
Communications between divisions
Deal with customer enquiries and requests.
Ensure all records are up to date and accurate
Have a flexible approach to new tasks and special projects
Participate in monthly team meetings contributing with ideas and initiatives
Undertake additional duties as and when required.
To be considered for the role of Sales Administrator
Preferably, previous experience working in an office-based sales administration , order processing, customer service, account management or internal sales role.
Able to initially work from home but the flexibility to return to the office full time when required.
Proficient with MS Office
Excellent communication skills
