" Hybrid working, x3 days working from home x2 days office based
" Salary £34,000 per annum (plus a performance-based bonus)
We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join a market leading home services and technology provider. As a team you will be working to represent one of the UK's largest telecoms providers and help customers save money by offering great comparison deals.
You will be responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and supporting the Operations Manager and Team Leads with the management of their individual teams.
Typical duties include:
" Take accountability for the performance, quality, and productivity of the teams.
" Promote company culture.
" Coach and develop team members.
" Pro-actively contribute to improve products, services, and campaigns.
" Assist with resource management to ensure all SLAs are met.
" Performance management, including regular 1-1s.
" Provide effective guidance and support to the team.
" Conduct disciplinary meetings if required,
